Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and four years of related experience.
• Two years of supervisory experience.
• Possession of a valid Texas driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CIP Public Infrastructure Permit process and review plans for private development.
• Approve or deny permit requests and coordinate with developers, contractors, engineers, utilities, and City departments.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate assigned personnel.
• Assist in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and installation standards.
• Prepare work plans and coordinate activities to ensure efficient permit processing and construction compliance.
