Job summary

Timmons Group is seeking a qualified Right of Way Agent to join the Transportation Group. This role focuses on negotiating fee simple and easement acquisitions and supporting the Right of Way team throughout the property rights acquisition process for transportation and utility projects.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of Right of Way experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple assignments while ensuring compliance with state and federal

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in Right of Way work.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with property acquisitions, appraisals, title research, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Acquire property interests for public infrastructure projects (fee simple, easements, licenses).
• Conduct negotiations with property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders.
• Review right-of-way plans, deeds, title information, and closing files.
