Job summary

MAV Project Services seeks an experienced ROW specialist to support land and right-of-way projects within an assigned Houston area. You will assist with access plans, temporary workspace, and project notifications for integrity and corrosion initiatives.

The role requires 5+ years in midstream ROW, proficiency with GIS and MS Office, and a TREC ROW Agent or Real Estate Broker license, plus a BS/BA. Bi-lingual a plus and knowledge of pipeline alignment sheets is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of midstream experience in land & rights-of-way projects.
• Proficient with GIS, Excel, Outlook, and online research tools.
• Active TREC Right of Way Agent License or TREC Real Estate Broker license.
• BS or BA degree required.

Job description

5+ years' midstream experience; Responsible for supporting local stakeholders with land & right-of-way projects within an assigned location; Assist with and develop plans for access, temporary workspace, and notification of integrity and corrosion projects. Agent will be required to prepare reports related to easement rights, title updates, landowner claims; prepare and negotiate legal agreements associated with real property; identify and acquire permits from private, local, state and federal agencies; investigate, negotiate, settle and issue checks for damage claims; requires minimal guidance and assistance from the Land Manager/Supervisor.Must be proficient with GIS, excel, outlook, and various online research tools.Title experience a plus

MUST HAVES:

• MUST be proficient with Google Earth/GIS systems, Microsoft suite applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and various online research tools.
• Active TREC Right of Way Agent License or TREC Real Estate Broker license.
• BS or BA degree required.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience reading pipeline alignment sheets.
• Experience with using or searching through databases.
• Bi-lingual a plus.
