Halo Land Management seeks a Senior Right of Way Agent to lead landowner outreach, negotiate easements, and secure access rights for energy and infrastructure projects. You will manage field visits, document reviews, and coordination with project teams to keep acquisitions on schedule.

You will build trust with landowners, explain terms clearly, and ensure compliance with client requirements and approved authority while documenting progress, risks, and next steps for senior management.

Qualifications

• Experience in right of way acquisition and negotiations.
• Ability to manage complex tracts with client requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to review parcel data, maps, and surveys.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel for field assignments.
• Residence within 2–2.5 hours of Stafford County, VA.

Responsabilités

• Build trust with landowners through calls, visits, and meetings.
• Serve as a senior contact for landowners, officials, and attorneys.
• Explain easement terms and project impacts clearly.
• Negotiate agreements within approved limits and handle complex requests.
• Review exhibits, parcel data, routes, surveys for accuracy.
• Coordinate document execution and complete packages.
• Maintain contact notes, updates, trackers, and closeout records.
• Identify concerns early and coordinate with the right team.
• Support route walks and tract visits in Stafford County area.
• Share practical guidance with less experienced agents as needed.
