• Strong written and verbal communication with clear documentation.

Mansioni

• Build trust with landowners through calls, field visits, and meetings.
• Serve as senior point of contact for landowners, public officials, attorneys, and other project stakeholders.
• Explain easement terms, access needs, project activities, and potential impacts in plain language.
• Negotiate agreements within approved limits and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Review exhibits, parcel data, route details, surveys, and work descriptions for accuracy.
• Coordinate document execution and confirm that packages are complete.
• Maintain accurate contact notes and trackers, and manage progress updates.
