You will perform appraisals, prepare market studies, support litigation matters, and ensure data accuracy while staying current on market trends.

Qualifications

• Must hold an Indiana Certified General or Residential Appraiser license.
• Right-of-way knowledge and experience required.
• Understanding of regulations pertaining to acquiring land rights and easements.
• Experience with eminent domain and land acquisition processes.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Appraisal assignments using traditional valuation methods and determining scope of work.
• Prepare market studies and reports explaining results and methods used.
• Provide litigation support advisory services.
• Collect, verify, and interpret data affecting property values.
• Stay current on trends and how they affect property values.
