Job summary

Egis BLN USA, LLC is seeking a Staff Appraiser in Indianapolis, Indiana to perform valuation assignments for right-of-way acquisitions on governmental projects. The role provides exposure to local and international teams and access to world-class experts to support rapid growth.

Primary duties include appraisal work using traditional methods, preparing market studies, and providing litigation support. Indiana license is required, along with right-of-way knowledge and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Must hold Indiana Certified General or Residential Appraiser license.
• Right-of-way knowledge and experience required.
• Full understanding of regulations for acquisition of right-of-way, easements, licenses, and other land rights.
• Experience with eminent domain and land acquisition processes.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Appraisal assignments using traditional valuation methods and determining scope of work.
• Prepare market studies and reports explaining assessment results and methods used.
• Provide litigation support advisory services.
• Collect, verify, and interpret data affecting property values.
• Stay current on trends and their impact on property values.
