This role involves preparing parcel plats, calculating right-of-way parcels, and collaborating with clients and local agencies. Qualifications
Knowledge in the current version of AutoCAD/C3D is a must.
Knowledge in MicroStation is considered a plus.
Experience with Microsoft Office products and Adobe.
INDOT prequalification and prior experience with Right‑of‑Way Engineering projects considered a plus.
Ability to work well independently and on a team.
Responsibilities
Preparing Parcel Plats and Plans for Right‑of‑Way Engineering projects.
Calculating and creating right‑of‑way parcels for land acquisition.
Communication with clients and internal groups in a professional manner.
Interact effectively with consulting firms and local government agency staff.
Skills
