Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a minimum of two years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Shadow experienced agents to learn right-of-way procedures.
• Assist with property research and title review.
• Assist with preparation of acquisition documents, easements, deeds, and project correspondence.
• Learn to communicate project impacts and acquisition requirements to property owners.
• Assist with negotiations for easements and property acquisitions.
• Coordinate with surveyors, engineers, appraisers, attorneys, utility providers, and public agencies.
• Track parcel acquisition progress and maintain project records.
• Perform administrative and project support tasks.
• Develop skills to independently manage parcel assignments and negotiations.
