Job summary

AECOM is actively seeking an experienced Senior Right of Way Agent to support and lead right-of-way services for transportation infrastructure projects throughout North Carolina and the Southeast. This position will serve as a senior technical and client-facing leader responsible for managing acquisition and relocation programs, building client relationships, and supporting business development efforts.

The successful candidate will lead project-level right-of-way efforts while partnering

Qualifications

BA/BS and 4 Years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
4 years of progressive experience performing and leading both acquisition and relocation services.
NC Real Estate License and valid US Driver's License required.
Sponsorship for U.S. employment not available now or in the future for this position.

Responsibilities

Assist with right-of-way acquisition and relocation services for transportation and public infrastructure projects.
Manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, resource needs, and deliverables.
Direct acquisition, relocation, and right-of-way certification activities.
Monitor project performance and ensure timely delivery of services.
Identify and proactively resolve project risks and issues.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and client-specific requirements.
