Job summary

TNT Crane & Rigging, Inc. is seeking an experienced Rigging Trainer to deliver technical and safety training across multiple units. You will lead classrooms, hands-on sessions, and blended learning while teaching rigging fundamentals and safe execution tied to field realities.

Ideal candidates bring at least three years of rigging experience, ability to coach performance, and strong knowledge of ASME/OSHA/MSHA standards. Expect travel up to 80% and a role within our Training Department.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of rigging experience with field credibility and safe practice leadership.
• Experience delivering technical or safety training to riggers, operators, and craft professionals.
• Working knowledge of ASME, OSHA, MSHA, and related regulations and industry standards.
• Ability to demonstrate rigging concepts and coach performance reliably.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and hands-on instruction in rigging practices and safety requirements.
• Demonstrate correct techniques, observe learners, and provide coaching for safe, repeatable work.
• Coordinate training schedules across multiple business units and document progress.
• Maintain training and qualification records and report results to leaders.
• Collaborate with operations, safety, and leadership to update content and address gaps.
• Manage competing priorities and travel while maintaining high instructional standards.
