Job summary

TNT Crane & Rigging, Inc. is seeking an experienced RMS Rigging Trainer to plan, deliver, and evaluate technical and safety training across multiple business units.

You will lead classroom, hands-on, and blended learning to teach rigging fundamentals and safe execution on the jobsite. This full-time role supports a remote extension of the corporate office, with preference for candidates in the Houston, Atlanta, and Denver metro areas.

Qualifications

• At least three years of rigging experience with field credibility.
• Experience delivering technical or safety training to riggers and operators.
• Working knowledge of ASME, OSHA, MSHA, and related standards.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing and able to travel up to 80%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and hands-on instruction in rigging practices and safety.
• Model techniques, observe participants, evaluate performance, and coach learners.
• Coordinate training schedules across multiple business units.
• Maintain training, certification, and qualification records.
• Collaborate with operations, safety, and leadership to validate course content.
• Travel as needed to support training across sites.
