Job summary

TNT Crane & Rigging is hiring a Rigging Trainer to plan, deliver, and evaluate technical and safety training across multiple business units. You will lead classroom, hands-on, and blended learning; demonstrate rigging practices; assess performance; and coach learners to safe, repeatable work practices.

You will connect rigging fundamentals with field realities. The role requires travel up to 80%, strong facilitation and communication skills, and the ability to work with operations and leadership

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of rigging experience with ability to teach safety and standards.
• Experience delivering technical or safety training to riggers and craft professionals.
• Knowledge of ASME, OSHA, MSHA, and related requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and hands-on rigging training across multiple business units.
• Model correct techniques and coach learners toward safe, repeatable work habits.
• Coordinate training schedules with hiring, qualification, certification, and refresher needs.
• Maintain training records and communicate results to leaders.
• Validate course content with operations, safety, and leadership; address gaps.
