Job summary

Solotech Nashville is seeking a Rigging Technician to prepare and scan rented equipment, QC and perform basic repairs, and assist with loading and unloading for events. The role requires meticulous, hands-on work in a fast-paced live productions environment.

You will maintain motors, truss, and related rigging hardware, operate a laptop with R2 Inventory, and ensure gear is ready for dispatch. The position supports the Rigging Dept.

Qualifications

• Has strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to problem solve in a fast paced environment.
• Forklift & Scissorlift certification preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• QC and maintain/repair motor cables, truss, motors and rigging hardware on return/fill.
• Keep the warehouse organized and report hazards to the Manager.
• Pull orders for events and internal transfers; perform inventory counts.
