Job summary

Solotech Nashville is seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse Technician to prep, scan rented equipment, and assist with touring gear loading and transport case preparation. You will report to the 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor and help with de-prep and packing for events.

You will maintain QC, keep the warehouse organized, pull orders, perform inventory counts, and use the R2 system. Office 365 is preferred; forklift certification and TN health card are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Less than 1 year in live event production or event rental equipment.
• Less than 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Familiarity with inventory software preferred.
• Knowledge of Office 365 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• QC and maintain equipment.
• Keep the warehouse organized and clean; report any damage or hazards to the supervisor.
• Pull orders for upcoming events.
• Perform periodic inventory counts.
• Prepare, scan, and receive orders in the R2 inventory system.
• Ensure equipment sent to planned locations is in excellent condition.
• Maintain and track equipment inventories.
• Support loading/unloading at events and on site.
