Job summary

Solotech is seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse Technician in Nashville to prepare, scan, and manage rented equipment for live productions. You will assist with prep/de-prep of touring gear, load/offload trucks, and maintain inventory in a fast-paced warehouse and on-site settings.

The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to changing events. Forklift and TN health card are preferred qualifications, along with familiarity with R2 inventory systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to solve complicated problems.

Responsibilities

• QC and maintain equipment.
• Keep the warehouse organized and clean; report damages or hazards.
• Pull orders for upcoming events.
• Perform periodic inventory counts.
• Familiar with computer networking, applicable hardware, and software (Preferred).
• Examine lists of equipment to be prepared for tours and assist in pulling tour orders.
• Prepare, scan, and receive orders in R2 inventory system.
• Ensure all equipment sent to planned locations is in excellent condition.
• Report any breaks and/or missing items to the supervisor.
• Keep track of equipment inventories.
• Respond to questions from technicians, coordinators, and technicians on the road.
• Clean and visually inspect returned equipment.
• Follow quality standards and industry standards of preparation.
• All other duties related to the position.
