Solotech Nashville is seeking a Rigging Technician to prepare and scan rented equipment, QC and perform basic repairs, and assist with loading and unloading for events. The role requires meticulous, hands-on work in a fast-paced live productions environment.
You will maintain motors, truss, and related rigging hardware, operate a laptop with R2 Inventory, and ensure gear is ready for dispatch. The position supports the Rigging Dept.

The Rigging Technician must prepare & scan rented equipment to orders, as well as QC and perform basic repairs to equipment upon return to inventory. They will also prepare Caddies/Road cases and assist with the loading & unloading of truck on an as needed basis.
