• Staff development: supervise riggers on show site, identify staffing needs and support recruiting
• Safety compliance: ensure field safety assessments and load calculations are completed
• Equipment compliance: ensure and elevate safety and inspection standards
• Labor management: define workforce needs and gear requirements
• Operations: advise teams on best practices and design feasibility
