TIC - The Industrial Company is hiring for a Rigging Installer on a construction/industrial site. You will set up and rig large equipment, align loads, and guide items for crane hoisting while following strict safety protocols. Strong communication and tool proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with field experience.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions and communicate with supervision.
• Proficiency in safe, efficient use of hand and electrical tools and layout tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up and rig large-scale heavy equipment.
• Position, align, or level machines, equipment, or structures.
• Rig and guide items for crane hoisting using crane signals.
• Estimate sizes, distances, quantities, time, costs, resources needed.
• Inspect work for compliance and correct deficiencies.
• Select rigging components and develop basic rigging procedures.
• Identify suitable rigging points and rated rigging for loads.
• Maintain understanding of LHE dynamics and related hazards.
• Observe safety and project rules; perform other duties as required.
