Job summary

LGH USA in Troy, MI is seeking a mechanically inclined individual to maintain rental equipment and ensure immediate availability for safe use. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., with occasional overtime.

Starting pay is $22.00 per hour, with potential increases after 6 months and yearly performance raises. Benefits include paid holidays, sick leave, vacation, comprehensive medical/dental/vision, short-term disability, life insurance, a 401(k) with a 5% company match, and ongoing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Mechanical background or aptitude strongly preferred.
• Hand and power tool experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rental equipment orders and conduct inspections to ensure quality standards.
• Disassemble, troubleshoot, repair, reassemble and test electrical, hand operated, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on rental equipment.
• Operate forklift to load/unload delivery vehicles and transport equipment within the warehouse.
• Drive company vehicles to transport rental orders safely and timely.
