Job summary

LGH GmbH in Deer Park, TX is seeking a mechanically inclined Equipment Technician to maintain rental gear and ensure immediate availability for safe use.

You will disassemble, repair, inspect, and perform preventive maintenance, operate a forklift, and transport orders with a valid DOT certification upon starting employment.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Full Time; overtime may be required. Starting pay is $21.00 per hour with potential increases after 6 months and annually.

Qualifications

• Mechanical background or aptitude required.
• Hand and power tool experience preferred.
• Experience with rigging equipment beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rental equipment orders and inspect for quality standards.
• Disassemble, repair, reassemble and test electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on rental equipment.
• Operate forklift to load/unload and move equipment within the warehouse.
• Drive company vehicles to transport rental orders safely and timely.
