Job summary

LGH GmbH in Lakeland, FL, is seeking a mechanically inclined individual to maintain rental hoisting and rigging equipment and ensure immediate availability for safe use. You will inspect, repair, and test equipment, perform routine maintenance, and operate a forklift to move gear within the warehouse while supporting safe transport of orders.

The role requires a high school diploma, a mechanical background or aptitude, and a valid driver's license with a clean record; DOT certification is

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Mechanical background or aptitude strongly preferred.
• Hand and power tools experience preferred.
• Experience with air hoists, comealongs, manual hoists, electric hoists or other rigging equipment beneficial, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rental equipment orders and inspect to ensure quality standards.
• Disassemble, troubleshoot, repair, reassemble and test electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on rental equipment.
• Operate forklift to load/unload and move equipment within the warehouse.
• Transport rental orders using company vehicles in a safe, timely manner.
