Job summary

LGH is seeking a mechanically inclined teammate to maintain and prepare rental equipment for prompt availability. You will inspect, disassemble, repair, test, and reassemble various hoisting gear and rigging devices, ensuring safety and quality before delivery.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, forklift operation, and driving company vehicles to deliver orders on time, with a regular Mon-Fri schedule and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Mechanical background with hands-on repair experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; DOT certification required on start.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rental equipment orders and conduct inspections for quality standards.
• Disassemble, troubleshoot, repair, reassemble and test electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic equipment.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on rental equipment.
• Operate forklift to load/unload and move gear within warehouse.
• Drive company vehicles to transport rental orders safely and on time.
