Responsibilities

• Lead a team of riggers, crane operators, and signal persons and ensure work follows procedures and standards.
• Prioritize safety with daily pre-job briefings and JSA tracking as needed.
• Coordinate with project managers, dispatch, and crews to plan lifts and site requirements.
• Oversee equipment inspections, maintenance, and lifting devices for compliance.
• Ensure DOT compliance and manufacturer recommendations are followed.
