Job summary

Omega Morgan, Inc. seeks a Foreman to supervise task assignments and optimize crew performance on construction projects. This safety-sensitive role requires strong leadership, coordination with customers, and adherence to schedules to ensure successful project completion.

You will read plans, manage rigging and lifting operations, monitor equipment safety, and mentor up to 10 crew members while following company and client safety policies at on-site locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 4–5 years related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and create drawings and lifting plans.
• Basic and advanced rigging techniques.
• Understand tools required for the job.
• Work onsite at customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Operates tractor trailers and loads/unloads equipment.
• Directs and trains a crew of up to 10 employees.
• Reads and follows plans, schedules, and timelines.
• Inspect rigging to ensure safety and reliability.
• Report progress and estimated time to complete work to management.
• Enforces safety policies and incident reporting procedures.
