CWS Rigging Services LLC is looking for an experienced and driven Rigger/Foreman to join our team in Henderson, CO. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee rigging operations, guide a skilled crew, and ensure every lift is executed safely and efficiently. Responsibilities:

• Plan, direct, and supervise rigging operations including heavy lifts, machinery moves, and equipment installations
• Inspect rigging equipment such as slings, shackles, hoists, and rigging hardware to ensure safe working condition
• Lead and mentor a crew of riggers, assigning tasks and maintaining productivity on the job site
• Interpret blueprints, load charts, and rigging diagrams to determine proper rigging configurations
• Coordinate with crane operators, project managers, and other trades to ensure seamless job site operations
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and company safety protocols on all job sites
• Complete daily job site documentation, including lift plans, safety reports, and crew logs

Requirements:

• 5 + years of professional rigging experience with at least 2 year in a foreman or supervisory role
• Proficiency in rigging techniques including crane rigging, below-the-hook lifting, and load securement
• NCCCO or equivalent rigging certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of OSHA rigging and lifting safety regulations
• Ability to read and interpret load charts, rigging plans, and technical drawings
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; CDL a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in physically demanding outdoor environments and varying weather conditions
