Job summary

CWS Rigging Services LLC in Henderson, CO is seeking a motivated Rigger/Helper to join our crew. This is a hands-on role to work alongside experienced rigging professionals on busy job sites, performing rigging, lifting, and equipment moves.

Candidates should be physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs, value safety, and be reliable teammates. OSHA 10 or rigging certification is a plus; a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with rigging, lifting, and moving heavy equipment and materials on job sites.
• Attach loads to rigging equipment including slings, chains, hooks, and shackles.
• Signal and communicate with crane operators during lifts.
• Inspect rigging hardware and equipment for wear or defects before use.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures on job sites.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and securing equipment for transport.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and properly store rigging gear.

About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Assist with rigging, lifting, and moving heavy equipment and materials on job sites
• Attach loads to rigging equipment including slings, chains, hooks, and shackles

• Inspect rigging hardware and equipment for wear, damage, or defects before use
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures on job sites

Requirements:

• Prior experience in rigging, construction, or heavy labor preferred but not required
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work outdoors
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to job site safety
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow directionsReliable transportation and punctuality are a must
• OSHA 10 or rigging certifications are a plus
• Valid driver's license
