Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional rigging experience with at least 2 years in a foreman or supervisory role.
• Proficiency in crane rigging, below-the-hook lifting, and load securement.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA rigging and lifting safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and supervise rigging operations including heavy lifts, machinery moves, and equipment installations.
• Inspect rigging equipment to ensure safe working condition.
• Lead and mentor a crew of riggers and assign tasks on the job site.
• Interpret blueprints, load charts, and rigging diagrams for proper configurations.
• Coordinate with crane operators, project managers and other trades to ensure seamless operations.
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and company safety protocols.
• Complete daily job site documentation such as lift plans and safety reports.
