Job summary

JPW Riggers, Inc. is seeking an Experienced Rigger to lead complex heavy equipment moves across the Syracuse region. You will split time between behind-the-wheel transport and hands-on field operations, coordinating with an expert crew to ensure safe, on-time project delivery.

The role requires a CDL-A, OSHA 10, and at least 3 years of rigging and heavy equipment experience. You will work on commercial and industrial projects with a safety-first focus and ongoing training opportunities.

• Knowledge of rigging gear, load calculation, and spatial awareness on industrial sites.
• Willingness to work in active field environments and perform rigging tasks outside the truck.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Practical welding experience.


• Multi-trade exposure or an interest in expanding technical skills across related construction disciplines.
