Qualifications

• Provides technical assistance to final customers ensuring correct use of Tenaris Premium Connections.
• Liaises with customer representatives to ensure optimal product installation.
• Follows up on field feedback to identify potential improvement areas.
• Maintains updated knowledge on Tenaris standards and procedures according to training.
• Prepares service reports in a timely fashion (hardcopy and electronic).

Responsibilities

• Ensure correct use of TenarisHydril recommended practices, controlling well-site preparations and running, and well-site repairs for safe, efficient installation.
• Provide technical support at rig sites to ensure product performs to its design potential.
• Assist customer representatives at rig sites using our information resources and applicable operation region tools.
• Solicit feedback from customers to identify opportunities for product and service improvement.
• Adhere to Tenaris policies and management standards; protect facilities and resources.
