Tenaris is seeking a Field Service Representative for Williston, ND. This role blends field work with office tasks, requiring hands-on technical support and on-site training for customers to ensure correct use of Tenaris connections.

The position emphasizes field feedback, adherence to Tenaris standards, and timely service reporting from both rig sites and office locations in the Williston area.

Qualifications

• Certified Engineering Technician with 5+ years of relevant experience; alternatively, 10+ years in the industry without certification.
• Field experience related to Sucker Rods (SURO) operations is desirable.
• Experience with hydraulic power tongs, specifically rod tongs.
• Experience with hydraulic circuits.
• Strong on-site troubleshooting and fault analysis abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Follows up that Tenaris connections are used correctly, ensuring proper well site preparations and installations.
• Provides technical support and liaises with customer representatives to optimize product performance.
• Assists customer sites with Tenaris procedures and regional operation specifics.
• Gathers feedback from field to identify areas for product and service improvement.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of Tenaris standards and procedures per training curricula.
• Completes service reports on time, both in hardcopy and electronically.
• Communicates field feedback on product perception to help improve offerings.
