Job summary

Venturi Supply in Williston, ND is seeking a Rig Sales Service Specialist to expand regional awareness of our pipe, valves, fittings and industrial lines. You will travel to rig sites, assess product needs, present orders, and grow a service-focused relationship with customers.

The role emphasizes teamwork, problem-solving, and timely delivery, with requirements including a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), 3+ years sales experience, and proficiency in MS Office and Eclipse ERP.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s Degree preferred, advanced a plus.
• 3+ years of sales experience in the same or similar industry; Oil & Gas/Energy preferred.
• Computer literate; Proficient with MS Office 365.
• Experience with distribution-specific ERP systems, preferably Eclipse.
• Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbal.
• Thrives in a collaborative team environment.
• Detailed oriented work style; juggling multiple priorities.
• Ability to pass a background check, MVR check, and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sales and service standards across multiple customers.
• Evaluate rig performance to determine job site visits and strategy.
• Organize a daily schedule of visits to different sites and customers.
• Travel to rig sites to analyze current product needs and present orders.
• Build and present orders to meet customer needs from a product/service perspective.
• Establish pricing, credit terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
• Consult with clients after sales to resolve problems and provide ongoing support.
• Performs additional duties as required and assigned.
