Job summary

Black Hawk Energy Services/Sun Well Services is seeking a Rig Manager in Williston, ND to oversee all rig operations, safety, paperwork, and compliance with regs. The role requires hands-on knowledge of Workover Rigs and ability to troubleshoot on-site equipment.

Responsibilities include managing daily operations, coordinating crew, maintaining PPE and inventory, and ensuring accurate rig tickets and hazard identifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of Floor Hand experience.
• 1-2 years of Derrick hand experience.
• 1-2 years of Relief Operator experience.
• 1-2 years of Operator experience.
• Excellent English communication and customer service.
• Class B CDL preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background required.

Responsibilities

• Work extended hours including weekends and holidays to meet operations.
• Maintain safety and PPE, inventory, and reports.
• Field training to coach for quality.
• Enforce company policy and procedure.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and company standards.
