Ranger-Energy-Services- is seeking a Derrick Hand in Kilgore, TX to monitor and assist daily well servicing rig operations. The role covers rigging up/down, tubing handling, and supporting on the rig floor with focus on safety and equipment care.

Qualified candidates have 1+ year on a well servicing rig, and a valid CDL or state license. A flexible schedule and hands-on training for crew members are part of the job.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience on a well servicing rig.
• Must have a valid driver’s license or CDL.
• Ability to perform manual labor and operate well servicing equipment.
• Strong communication and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor daily operations of the rig and assist on the rig floor.
• Assist in rigging up and down and in tubing handling as required.
• Perform inspections of fall arrest systems, harnesses, derrick, and hoisting components.
• Support in equipment maintenance and lubrication, ensuring tools are clean and in good order.
• Maintain clear communication with Rig Operator and report unsafe conditions.
• Participate in safety meetings such as JSA and tailgate sessions.
