Job summary

Ranger Energy Services in Colorado is seeking a Floor Hand I to support the operations of a well servicing rig. You will assist the Rig Operator and Tool Pusher, perform manual tasks, and help maintain clean, safe work sites.

The role requires basic understanding of rig equipment and mud pump operations, with opportunities to learn and grow under experienced mentors. This is an entry-level position with a focus on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience on a well servicing rig preferred.
• Must have a valid state issued driver's license, CDL, or the ability to obtain one.
• Ability to perform manual labor required to operate well servicing equipment.
• Competent communication skills.
• Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Understand RES concept of Stop Work Accountability.
• Learn RES safety policies and procedures.
• Participate in Meet and Greet at location sites.
• Attend JSA/DWP and tail gate meetings as scheduled.
• Operate rig equipment like slips, tongs, and elevators; assist with mud pump and fluid handling operations.
