Job summary

Ranger Energy Services in Denver City, TX seeks a Floor Hand I to support well servicing rig operations under the Rig Operator and Tool Pusher. You will perform assigned duties and help keep equipment and site safe and clean.

Responsibilities include understanding Stop Work Accountability, learning safety policies, participating in JSA/DWP meetings, and basic operation of slips, tongs, elevators, mud pump, and related rigs.

Responsibilities

• Learn Stop Work Accountability and safety policies
• Operate basic rig equipment (slips, tongs, elevators)
• Assist in pulling/running rods and tubing
• Maintain clean, safe work site and tools
• Participate in JSA/DWP and tailgate meetings
• Assist in pipe tallying, rigging, BOP tasks
• Report incidents and hazards immediately
• Other duties as assigned
