Job summary

Ranger-Energy-Services- is seeking a Floor Hand I to support well servicing operations at our Texas site. You will work under the Rig Operator and Tool Pusher to perform assigned tasks, learn safety procedures, and help with basic rig equipment operation.

The role requires the ability to perform manual labor, multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and obtain a CDL if not already held. Training and on-site supervision are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience on a well servicing rig preferred.
• Valid CDL or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.
• Good communication and multitasking in fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule management.

Responsibilities

• Operate and assist with rig equipment such as slips, tongs, and elevators.
• Assist in pipe tallying, rigging up/down, and nippling up/down BOPs.
• Maintain clean and safe work site and equipment.
• Participate in safety meetings and energy isolation procedures.
• Learn and follow Stop Work Accountability.
