Ranger Energy Services, LLC is seeking a Floor Hand I to support a well servicing rig. You will work under the Rig Operator and Tool Pusher to perform assigned tasks, help with rig equipment, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

This entry-level position requires basic knowledge of rod/tubing handling, safety procedures, and the ability to follow instructions. You may need to flex schedules and learn new skills on site.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience working on a well servicing rig preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license, CDL, or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to perform manual labor required to operate well servicing equipment.
• Competent communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility in schedule.

Responsabilités

• Understand and uphold Stop Work Accountability and safety policies.
• Assist in rig-related tasks: pulling and running rods and tubing, operating basic rig equipment.
• Participate in safety meetings and JSA/DWP activities.
• Keep site, equipment and tools clean and in good working order; perform minor adjustments and lubrication as needed.
• Report incidents and unsafe conditions immediately.
• Perform duties as assigned by Rig Operator and mentors.
