Job summary

Dutch Wonderland in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Rides Lead Supervisor to support the Rides Manager in daily operations and guest satisfaction. You will coach ride operators and attendants, supervise the rides roster, and ensure safe, compliant operation across all rides during the season.

The role requires leadership, prior rides experience, and completion of the iROC course. Flexible scheduling and opportunities to cross-train across departments are offered to support hotel guests and park

Qualifications

• 1+ season of work experience in the Rides Department required.
• International Ride Operator Certification (iROC) course is part of training and completion is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily supervision of the Rides team and other departments.
• Coach and mentor assigned team members.
• Backfill ride positions when needed and participate in new-hire training.
• Ensure breaks comply with PA law and manage scheduling/timekeeping.
• Maintain knowledge of all rides and assist or operate when necessary.
• Monitor guest feedback and escalate issues following park policy.
