Job summary

Adventureland seeks an enthusiastic Host to support the Rides team, ensuring safe operations and excellent guest service across all attractions. The role involves learning ride duties, maintaining policies, and supporting guests with a welcoming environment.

You will mentor Hosts, cover rides when needed, and participate in training to uphold safety and service standards throughout all shifts.

Qualifications

• 1+ season of work experience in the Rides Department is required.
• All Host candidates must go through the International Ride Operator Certification (iROC) course.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily supervision of the Rides team and other assigned departments.
• Lead by example and embody Adventureland’s core values.
• Mentor and coach assigned Hosts and backfill rides positions when needed.
• Backfill ride operations and participate in new-hire orientation and training.
