Universal Orlando Resort is seeking an experienced Mechanical/Structural Project Engineer to design and modify ride and show systems for improved safety and reliability. You will perform engineering analyses, oversee design modifications, and ensure compliance with ASTM F24, AISC, NEC, and other standards.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of project engineering experience with mechanical/structural systems in amusement rides or similar dynamic motion environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Structural, or Civil Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• Experience performing design modifications and testing of ride and show systems.
• Strong analytical skills for engineering calculations and design verification.
• Familiarity with AWS, AISC, NEC, ASTM, F24 standards.
• Experience with safety-critical systems and PLC-based control systems (Allen-Bradley).

• Manage design-to-installation projects, including schedules and budgets.
