Job summary

Dollywood is seeking a Wildwood Grove Attractions Team Member B for the Dollywood Theme Park as a part-time seasonal role. The position focuses on safety, friendliness, cleanliness, and maintaining line speed within assigned attractions.

Responsibilities include operating ride controls, enforcing safety rules, assisting guests, and inspecting safety equipment. The role requires flexibility with hours, weekends, and holidays to support park operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 14 for Grouper/Greeter on some rides.
• Minimum age 16 for Ride Operators on Moderate Thrill rides.
• Minimum age 18 for Ride Operators on High Thrill rides and motor-vehicle tasks.
• Basic computer skills and pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate ride controls and panels in all weather.
• Communicate and enforce safety rules.
• Assist guests during entry/exit and evacuations.
• Inspect harness and safety equipment before use.
• Respond calmly in emergencies.
• Keep the ride area clean and safe daily.
