Job summary

Dollywood is hiring an Attractions Team Member A [S] for the Dollywood Theme Park on a seasonal, full-time basis. You will operate ride controls, enforce safety rules, and provide friendly guest interactions in various areas.

This role requires safety inspections, ability to work outdoors in different weather, and flexibility with hours including evenings and weekends. A pre-employment background check and drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 14 for Grouper/Greeter roles at listed rides.
• Minimum age 16 for Ride Operator roles at Moderate Thrill Attractions.
• Minimum age 18 for High Thrill Attractions and motor-vehicle activities.

Responsibilities

• Operate ride controls and control panels in all weather conditions.
• Communicate and enforce safety rules.
• Inspect harness and other safety equipment prior to use.
• React calmly in stressful or emergency situations.
• Initiate friendly interactions with guests.
• Clean ride/attraction daily as needed.
