Job summary

Dollywood Theme Park is seeking an Attractions Team Member A for the part-time seasonal role. Responsible for safety, friendliness, cleanliness, and managing line speed across assigned attractions.

Duties include operating ride controls, enforcing safety rules, assisting guests, inspecting harnesses, and performing daily ride inspections. Requires compliance with safety standards and flexibility to work varied hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirements by position: 14, 16, or 18.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate ride controls/control panels in all weather conditions.
• Communicate and enforce safety rules.
• Inspect harness and other safety equipment prior to use.
• React calmly and quickly in stressful/emergency situations.
• Physically assist guests throughout the ride/attraction as required.
• Observe guest actions during ride operations to prevent safety hazards.
• Complete required safety paperwork daily.
• Initiate friendly interactions with guests.
