SeaWorld seeks enthusiastic Ambassadors to deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring safety and thrill across rides and attractions. You will respond to guest needs, monitor safety, and uphold PPE standards while engaging visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong English language communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal abilities.
• A commitment to great customer service.
• Ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 40 lbs.
• You must be comfortable with heights.
• Must pass American Red Cross CPR/AED trainings.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Monitor rides following safety regulations.
• Ensure guests meet ride admission requirements.
• Assist in loading and unloading guests from rides.
• Interact with guests while applying park safety guidelines.
• Participate in Red Cross/audit processes.
• Attend in-service meetings and cross-train in other areas.
• Maintain the cleanliness of your area.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Report unsafe situations.
