Job summary
SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment is seeking ambassadors to deliver exceptional guest service and ensure safety across all rides and attractions in a dynamic park environment. You will interact with guests, enforce safety rules, and assist with ride operations, including loading and unloading guests while maintaining a professional appearance and calm demeanor.
The role requires strong English communication, 18+ age, the ability to work indoors/outdoors, and readiness to participate in safety
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Strong English language communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal abilities.
- A commitment to great customer service.
- Able to comprehend instructions and retain information.
- Must pass ride certification tests with 100% accuracy.
- Complete Red Cross certifications: First Aid, CPR, AED.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service while delivering thrills and excitement.
- Respond to and exceed guest requirements, expectations and needs.
- Practice safe work habits and use PPE.
- Screen riders for ride requirements and provide instructions and direction.
- Assist in loading/unloading guests and check ride restraints before starting.
