Job summary

Six Flags Entertainment Corporation is seeking a Ride Maintenance Manager to lead the mechanical and electrical maintenance of park rides and attractions. The role ensures safety, reliability, regulatory compliance, and high uptime by directing a skilled maintenance team.

You will oversee preventive maintenance programs, rehabilitation projects, and coordinated repairs, while coordinating with Operations, Safety, and other park departments to minimize downtime and guest impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of maintenance leadership, project management, or comparable technical management experience.
• Experience in amusement rides, theme parks, or complex equipment environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and accountability for Ride Maintenance supervisors and technicians.
• Oversee mechanical and electrical maintenance, inspection, repair, and rehabilitation of rides and attractions.
• Develop, coordinate, and execute preventive maintenance and annual ride rehabilitation schedules.
• Prioritize maintenance activities based on safety, operations, and deadlines.
• Monitor attraction reliability and drive corrective actions to improve long-term performance.
• Ensure maintenance work is planned, executed, and documented; manage related records.
