Job summary

Six Flags Entertainment Corporation is seeking an Industrial Controls Electrician for the Ride Maintenance Department. The role involves the safe repair and maintenance of amusement rides in a full-time, hourly capacity under a Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Responsibilities include inspecting rides, diagnosing PLC systems and electrical components, reading schematics, and maintaining logs to ensure safe park operation. Occasional overtime and weekend work are expected.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of maintaining, installing, and troubleshooting PLC systems.
• Strong experience in installation and repair of electrical equipment.
• Knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect rides and attractions and notify hazards.
• Diagnose and repair electrical components and PLC systems.
• Read and interpret drawings, manuals, and schematics.
• Maintain daily maintenance logs and records.
• Respond to work orders to maintain park safety.
