Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent; related experience/training acceptable.
• Ability to stand, walk, and operate attractions safely.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Operates the attraction according to safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Maintain focus on the attraction during operation to ensure safety.
• Informs customers to fasten the belt and bar and ensure they are secure before starting the ride.
• Direct customers on how to enter and exit the attraction safely.
• Monitors the condition of the equipment and reports safety or mechanical issues immediately.
• Keeps the area clean and free from debris and spilled liquids.
• Collects and processes payments from customers.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
