As a ride attendant, your primary responsibility will be to ensurethe safety, enjoyment, and smooth operation of guest experiences onour driver-controlled attractions. This role focuses on maintaining afun and secure environment for all guests while providing outstandingcustomer service.

In this position, you will assist with the preparation andfacilitation of rides. This includes helping guests understand how tooperate their vehicles safely and providing clear instructions aboutride rules and guidelines. You will conduct basic pre-opening checksto confirm all equipment and ride areas are clean and ready for use,ensuring that all rides meet safety standards. Your role will involvemonitoring the flow of guests, regularly observing the ride areas forpotential safety concerns, and intervening promptly if assistance is needed.

Guest safety is top priority, and you will play a critical role inensuring riders comply with safety protocols. This includes confirmingthat guests meet ride requirements and ensuring all safety gear isused correctly. You will remain attentive during ride operation, readyto assist drivers or respond to emergencies in a calm and professional manner.

Providing a welcoming and positive experience for guests is anotherkey aspect of this role. You will greet guests with enthusiasm, answertheir questions about the rides or the facility, and address anyconcerns in a friendly and approachable manner.
